It usually takes between 3-6 months depending on how slow or fast each party is to respond.

This is dependent on a lot of factors.  We will recommend a tax analysis by your CPA to determine the amount of taxes due from depreciation recapture, long-term capital gains, and any other taxes.  We will receive quotes from an M&A attorney, fees for presale due diligence, and any other fees necessary.
